About The Show
We know you don't need therapy. Maybe. But as Clinical Psychology graduate students finishing up our PhDs, we know that you'd probably benefit from some self-therapy. We're here to bring you therapeutic processes and research off of the therapy couch and into your everyday life with what we call Self-Therapy Skills. From procrastination to breakups to grief and trauma, we all face challenges in our lives. We'll teach you simple therapy techniques that you can put into practice right away as you move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life. We will discuss one mental health topic per episode while proving you with examples, research and therapeutic interventions that you can practice along with us or save for later.
